You know that feeling when you wake up on a Sunday morning and realize you've run out of coffee? HORROR!

Fortunately, Ahoj Kawka offers the best coffee subscription for your home and office. A coffee subscription is a service where you choose your favorite coffee and sign up for its cyclic delivery. This way, every month we will deliver a package of fragrant beans to your home or office, and you won't have to worry about suddenly running out of coffee. Plus, you'll save money too!

Here's how it works:

STEP 1.

Choose your favorite coffee from our store and select the "subscribe and save" option (above the button that directs you to the cart).

Then click "Add to Cart" and pay as usual.

Your card will be charged periodically until you cancel your subscription.

STEP 2.

Relax, you don't have to worry about anything anymore. You can make yourself a coffee and dream about mountain trips!

How subscriptions work

Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to the delivery plan you selected. Products will be delivered to you by the store after each successful payment is collected from your card.
For example, if you signed up for a monthly subscription, the system will automatically charge your credit card every month and you will receive products at home every month, without having to place an order yourself!

How can I waive or defer a fee?

You can skip or postpone your delivery (and payment) in the customer portal. Next to each scheduled delivery, there is a "Skip payment" button that you can use to skip an order and payment. You can also postpone a payment by clicking the "Postpone" button next to the delivery date.

When can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Of course. The subscription has a minimum duration of 2 months (2 billing cycles), after which you can pause or cancel it at any time in the customer portal.
Access to the customer portal can be gained via the link you received in the email sent to you after placing your first subscription order in the store. You can also access your subscriptions if you create and set up an account in our store.

Can I add products to my subscription?

Of course. You can add products to your subscription in the customer portal. Simply click the "Edit" button on the product card to edit, delete, or add products to your subscription.

What happens if a payment cannot be processed?

If your subscription cannot be renewed because your payment cannot be processed, you will receive an email with a link where you can securely update your payment method.
