From the window of our roastery, there is a breathtaking panorama of the Belianske Tatras. When they are covered with snow in autumn, our mornings become cold and crisp, calling for a warming cardamom coffee. And when the whiteness finally disappears from them in late spring, we know that the time for iced latte is near. The Belianske Tatras are less accessible to tourists than the rest of the range, but we highly recommend a trip to the Szeroka Pass, which offers such a view of the High Tatras giants that your heart will want to leap out of your chest.
